What kind of condition are your pre-loved items in?
At Aporiya, we meticulously curate our selection to ensure that all pre-loved items are in the best condition. Each item is carefully inspected and comes with its original packaging whenever possible.

- Description: The item appears as if it has never been used or worn. It retains its original shape and structure.
- Signs of Wear: Virtually none, may have extremely faint signs of handling.
- Accessories: Includes original packaging, tags, dust bag, and any accompanying accessories.
- Excellent
- Description: The item is in impeccable condition with very minimal signs of use. It maintains its original shape and structure.
- Signs of Wear: Slight wear on hardware or corners, but barely noticeable.
- Accessories: May include original packaging, dust bag, and tags. Some accessories might be missing.
- Very Good
- Description: The item is well-maintained and shows minor signs of use.
- Signs of Wear: Light scratches on hardware, faint marks on leather, or minor creasing, but overall, still in great shape.
- Accessories: Original packaging or dust bag may be included, but some accessories might be missing.
- Good
- Description: The item shows visible signs of wear but remains fully functional and stylish.
- Signs of Wear: Noticeable scratches, scuffs on hardware, worn corners, and possible light stains.
- Accessories: May not include original packaging or accessories.
How do you authenticate your luxury items?

Can I return or exchange a purchased item?
We do not offer returns or exchanges (Refund Policy). However, if an item is deemed inauthentic, we will provide a full refund. We take pride in the authenticity of our items, all of which are inspected and certified by professionals.
Do you ship globally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery charges. Free shipping is available on all UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland) with DHL Express as our preferred courier. Please note that for international shipping, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
How can I track the shipping status of my order?
All orders are shipped via DHL Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor its progress.
Do you have a physical store, or is it online-only?
Currently, we operate exclusively online through our website and Instagram.

We source our items from reputable auctions and individual sellers who meet our strict standards.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging options?
All items come with an Aporiya branded reusable cotton dust bag. Currently, we do not offer additional gift-wrapping services.
